   DISPOSAL OF MOTOR VEHICLES THROUGH SALE BY TENDER 

Procurement Reference Number: HESLGB/Motor Vehicle Disposal/14/05/2025

Higher Education Students’ Loans and Grants Board (HESLGB), situated in Mbulo Office Complex, Area 47 sector 1, Plot Number 1184, Off Lilongwe/Mchinji roundabout, would like to dispose of motor vehicles. 

The Board, therefore, invites interested individuals to submit sealed bids for the purchase of the motor vehicles on as-is basis:

For viewing, please make arrangements with the Human Resources and Administration Officer on +265 999 558 792/882 586 935 during normal working hours. Viewing will be done at the HESLGB secretariat.

Disposal of the motor vehicles will be conducted per procedures outlined in the Malawi Government’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2025) and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2020.

HESLGB employees are not eligible to bid.

Sealed Bids marked “Disposal of Motor Vehicles “with procurement reference number and sealed must be deposited in the Tender Box marked HESLGB TENDER BOX at HESLGB secretariat at or before 14:00 hours (local time), Thursday, 29th May 2025 to:
